Spicy Penne Pasta
    6 tablespoons Olive oil
    2 Medium hot chilies
    2 Garlic cloves
    600g Canned chopped tomatoes
    14 ox Penne Pasta
    1/4 cup Parmesan shavings
    1/2 cup Olives
    1/2 cup spinach
    2-3 leaves Basil leaves

    1. Boil the penne in water with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil. Set aside.
    2. Slice the 2 medium hot chilies. Set aside.
    3. In the saucepan, mix 5 tablespoons olive oil, 600g of canned chopped tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup olives, and 2 sliced medium hot chilies. Cool until heated, on high for 5 minutes.
    4. Pour the sauce into the pasta, add the 1/2 cup spinach, and stir on low heat.
    5. Garnish with basil leaves, serve and enjoy!
