INGREDIENTS 2 packages of Instant Ramen (preferably chicken, umami or soy flavor) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 3 tablespoon butter 2 cups milk As needed salt As needed black pepper As needed Tabasco 1 bag Panko
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil and cook instant ramen for about 2 minutes. Set aside. 2. Melt butter in a small pan. Stir in flour until blended. 3. Add milk while continuously stirring until it’s thickened. Add in cheese over low heat. 4. Season with instant ramen broth packet, salt, pepper and tabasco. Combine cheese sauce with cooked ramen. Transfer into ramekins and sprinkled panko on top. Bake in the oven at 375F for 10 minutes.
