Mango Avocado Salsa
  • INGREDIENTS
    1 Fresh Mango
    2 Fresh Avocados
    ¼ of a Red onion
    ½ Cup Cilantro
    1 Fresh Lime
    1 Fresh Lemon
    1 Jalapeno
    Salt (Salt to taste)
    Tortilla Chips

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Peel Fresh mango and chop into cubes – Approx. 1 Cup
    2. Peel and Chop Avocados – Approx. 1 Cup
    3. Add Mangos and Avocado into a bowl.
    4. Chop ½ Red onion
    5. Chop 1 Jalapeno (Keep seeds if you like spicy)
    6. Chop Cilantro -1/3 Cup
    7. Mix rest of ingredients into bowl
    8. Cut and Squeeze juice of 1 lime
    9. Cut and Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into bowl
    10. Mix together and salt to taste
    11. Grab a tortilla chip and eat immediately before it's all gone!
