Lettuce Wrap Turkey Burgers
  • INGREDIENTS
    1lb ground turkey
    cup diced red onion
    1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    Juice of half a lime
    teaspoon garlic powder
    teaspoon salt
    teaspoon pepper
    tablespoon olive oil
     
    For serving:
    Butter lettuce
    Tomato slices
    Avocado slices
     
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Add ground turkey, onion, cilantro, lime juice and spices to a large bowl and mix by
    hand until well combined
    2. Form into 4 burger patties
    3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook burgers for 4-5 minutes per side
    4. Serve wrapped in butter lettuce with sliced avocado and tomato
