Bulgogi Burrito
    1 pound rib eye steak, thinly sliced (or skirt steak)
    For the marinade:
    4 garlic cloves
    1/2 Asian Pear (or Bosc pear)
    1/2 onion
    1/4 cup Tamari (or soy sauce)
    1 Tablespoon sesame oil
    1 Tablespoon honey
    A pinch of black pepper
    A pinch Korean chili pepper (gochugaru or cayenne)
    Garnish/ Filling:
    Sesame seeds
    Green onion
    Butter lettuce leaves
    Fermented red bean paste (optional)
    Burrito sized flour tortilla
    Short grain rice
    1. To make the marinade, put garlic, pear, onion, tamari, sesame oil, honey, pepper in a blender.
    2. Marinate the meat with the mixture
    3. Heat a skillet and cook the meat until most of the marinade has evaporated.
    4. Prepare the burrito: lay out the tortilla, evenly spread rice, lettuce leaf, meat, sesame seeds, red bean paste, kimchi, avocado and roll.
