Turntablist and multi-musician Victor Valente has establishing himself as a profound recording artist with legendary status since the late 80's. Born in New Bedford, MA. then becoming a New York Native from the Bronx at a young age, Victor Valente became exposed to the sounds of 70's jazz fusion and the writers that famed themselves through-out New York city's walls and subways. Inspired by music and art, Victor chose to begin his artful journey as a dj after listening to the 1977 release by Cat Stevens "was a dog a doughnut". In 1994, using his former alias (Dj Super V.) Victor produced a mixtape promoting Dj Jazzy Jay's Studio featuring Cold Rock (now known as Stik-E) landing him many appearances on both independent and major record labels working with artist like 5 one 6, Shinehead, Brethren and Chino XL. In 1995 Victor Valente recorded his debut single on Great Moon Records, "Surviving with the time" featuring Victor on scratches and saxophone along with his close friend and mentor Richard Lee Sisco Jr. (saxophonist known for his cameo in the movie Beat Street as rapper "Sisco Kid"). In 2005 Victor released his debut album "Off The Canvas" followed by his sophomore release "New Life in 2007 and many consecutive singles through-out the years.
