A snide and snarly female rapper, V-Nasty began living up to her name in 2011 when she joined the like-minded Kreayshawn and her White Girl Mob. The East Oakland, California native grew up cutting school, stealing booze from the local grocery store, and writing rhymes. She met Kreayshawn through a cousin, and the two rappers became fast friends, living together at one point and remaining tight while Kreayshawn ascended the charts in 2011 with her single “Gucci Gucci.” That same year she joined Lil Debbie and Kreayshawn in the White Girl Mob, released a handful of mixtapes, and appeared alongside Gucci Mane on Baytl, a collaborative album released by the Warner Bros. label. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
