Formed in 1997, American metallers Pharaoh released their debut album, After the Fire, in 2003. The band, which specializes in well-produced albums and multi-layered instrumentation, put forth a sophomore release in 2006; entitled The Longest Night, Pharaoh's second album built on their early promise. The bandmembers spent the majority of 2007 working on their third slab of metal, and Be Gone, the resulting work, saw the light of day in 2008.
