Five months after Currensy released Weekend at Burnie's for Warner Bros., the Louisiana rapper issued the independent disc Jet World Order, credited to his Jet Life crew. The album featured Currensy on a handful of tracks, while the rest of the rhyming duties were split between Trademark da Skydiver and Young Roddy, along with single features from Nesby Phips, the Cool Kids' Mikey Rocks, Smoke DZA, Fiend, Corner Boy P, and Street Wiz. The carefree album was produced by a handful of figures, with Monsta Beatz (four tracks) and Spanish trio Cookin' Soul (three tracks) the most prominent. It debuted and peaked at number 148 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. ~ Andy Kellman, Rovi
