Formed in 2008 by members of melodic post-hardcore outfits Story of the Year and Maybe Today, St. Louis, Missouri-based rock band Greek Fire features the talents of Johnny Venus (drums), Mark Joseph Roth (bass), Ryan Phillips (guitar), and Philip Sneed (aka Moon) (vocals). Built on a foundation of “artistic honesty and integrity,” the quartet’s soaring blend of stadium-ready alternative rock, hard hitting post-hardcore, and complex, progressive pop was first presented to the general public in 2010 through a three-song eponymous EP.
