The Go Go Girls was a eurobeat group under the Go Go's Music label. This Eurobeat group used to be under the A-Beat C label, but since Sandro Oliva and Domino left that label, they took the rights to the group over to their new label, Go Go's Music.
Group Information edit:
The Go Go Girls was just one of the many aliases used by the A-Beat C label for female group projects. Other groups include: King & Queen, Groove Twins, A-Beat Sisters, 70s Queens, Three Of Spades and Happy Hour. Go Go Girls were also something very hot in the 60's leading into the 70's, and now have made a little impact in how clothes are put together and created today.
Singers edit:
Go Go Girls comprise Domino and Lolita. Other talent that have sung as this group include Annerley Gordon, Karen, Norma Sheffield, Valentina, and later Nuage. Karen, Norma Sheffield, Valentina, and Annerley Gordon have very distinctive voices and can easily be identified while listening to their vocals, but it is not always known which singer sings what song until much later in the Super Eurobeat series when Domino and Lolita dominated the Go Go Girls name. The general rule is that all Go Go Girls songs released from SEB 80 to present are both Domino and Lolita.
There are different styles in which the Go Go Girls sing their songs. Domino can be heard as the main vocalist in Go Go Girls in "Electric Woman," and "Raparapadance," while Lolita is upfront in the majority of the titles. Other titles, including "Spies In The Space," both vocalists sing alone in the bridge and verse then sing the chorus together. Before the Go Go Girls transitioned to Go Go's Music, A-Beat C's Nuage made her debut as a Go Go Girl in "Baby Boy" (a song based on Nuage's hit "Running To The Night")
