More than three years later and Taylor Swift's "All Too Well" hasn't lost any of its sharpness. The lyrics in the gut-wrenching breakup ballad still cut as deep as they did when she first sang about her split (said to be about Jake Gyllenhaal) on 2012's Red.

At the 2014 Grammys, Swift left everyone stunned after she slammed out the five-and-a-half-minute ode to her doomed relationship, shaking her hair violently as if she were trying to shake him. And now, with the 2016 Grammys less than a month away (and Taylor up for seven awards), I can't help but think of how she paused the awards-show fanfare for just a moment and sucked us in, leaving us crumpled up pieces of paper after her performance.
