Fugees To Reunite In The Studio Once Hill Finishes Solo LP

Band took the stage together in New York last month.

Hip-hop fans may receive a Christmas miracle a little ahead of schedule. The Fugees are back in the studio recording ... sort of.

Wyclef and Pras, two-thirds of the Grammy-winning group, recently reunited to remix Wyclef’s cover of Ritchie Valens' "La Bamba." The song, which also features Beenie Man, is the latest offering from Clef’s recently released Welcome to Haiti: Creole 101.

According to a representative for Wyclef, he, Pras and Lauryn Hill will enter the studio together once Hill finishes her equally anticipated solo album, due next year.

In the meantime, Wyclef continues to promote Welcome to Haiti: Creole 101, which celebrates Haiti's 200 years of independence.
