In case y'all forgot, St. Patrick's Day is juuust around the corner (Sunday, March 17 to be exact!), which means we've got less than a week to mentally prepare ourselves for WAY too many head-to-toe kelly green outfits and mini leprechaun top hats. *cringe* Here at MTV Style, we're all about celebrating holidays in the most stylish ways possible, so we rounded up St. Paddy's Day-themed nail designs that are super easy on the eyes (and easy to do!). First on our list of to-dos—a straight-up white shamrock pattern on a bold green base. We love how it's simple and straightforward yet totally chic! To get the same precision as the manicurist here, be sure to use super small nail art brush with highly-pigmented white polish.

If you want to glam up the traditional St. Patrick's Day mani but still stick with the all-green theme, we think this glitter sequin design is PERFECT. The secret here is to start off with a light green base and, while the nails are still wet, hand place large hexagonal glitter (like this) on top and wait for it to dry. It gives a super cool snakeskin effect that we can't stop staring at.

For a simple shamrock look, we like this green-on-green design that features metallic accent studs on the thumb. Although, after all that handiwork we'd settle for the nail design as is!

If you want to make EVERYONE green with envy, we'd suggest trying this lime to hunter green ombre mani filled with sparkly specks. This gradient uses three different colors blended together oh-so-perfectly for an eye-catching mani that's sure to strike up a conversation come Sunday.

For something a bit more understated, we love this multi-layer green polka dot nail design because it hints at the holiday spirit, but doesn't go overboard. Plus, if you pick super pastel colors, it'll be the perfect transitional look into Easter.
