Selena Gomez Is Reportedly Back In Rehab For Her ‘Mental Health’

She's already revealed her struggle with anxiety and depression

Weeks after canceling the rest of her Revival Tour dates, Selena Gomez is reportedly in rehab for the second time. Back in August, she told fans that "anxiety, panic attacks and depression" were side effects of her lupus diagnosis, an autoimmune disease.

"Selena is dealing with lupus, but this break is to focus on her mental health," US Weekly reports. "She can go to a very dark place."

According to the magazine's sources, Gomez is spending her days at a "super intense" facility in Tennessee and hanging out with friends and family around Nashville. She's understandably not working on new music during her time off.

"Thank you to all my fans for your support," Gomez said when she first announced her break. "You know how special you are to me, but I need to face this head on to ensure I am doing everything possible to be my best. I know I am not alone by sharing this, I hope others will be encouraged to address their own issues."

It looks like Sel takes her recovery seriously.
