Heidi Montag Regrets Breast Implants

'I'm desperate to go back to normal,' Montag tells 'Life and Style.'

[artist id="3187707"]Heidi Montag[/artist] might be slowly returning to the fresh-faced Colorado girl viewers met when MTV's "The Hills" premiered four years ago.

After [article id="1643914"]splitting from publicity-hungry "Hills" co-star Spencer Pratt[/article], she [article id="1646279"]recently agreed with former bestie Lauren Conrad[/article] that her soon-to-be-ex-husband, who is reportedly shopping around a [article id="1646342"]sex tape starring Montag[/article], is "sucky."

In addition to distancing herself from her Speidi past, Montag is trying to re-establish her natural look and has said she wants to remove her massive breast implants.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," Montag told Life & Style magazine. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D," said the reality star, whose cup size has been reported to be in the DDD to G range.

Montag made headlines earlier this year when she [article id="1637945"]unveiled her plastic-surgery makeover[/article]. The starlet underwent 10 procedures in a single day, which included revisiting her already-enhanced breasts. However, she recently revealed that the implants make mundane activities, like embracing her pets, more difficult and force her to stick to specially made clothing.

"I'm obsessed with fitness, but it's impossible to work out with these boobs. It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life," Montag lamented.

Montag's predicament has been complicated by the recent, unexpected death of her plastic surgeon, [article id="1645952"]Dr. Frank Ryan[/article], who the starlet said "knows everything" about her procedures. Montag is reportedly on the hunt for a doctor in South America who may be able to perform her desired surgical revamps.

"There's just no fixing it," Montag said. "Dr. Ryan knows the work he did."

The sometime singer and "Hills" celeb has also opened up about switching another aspect of her persona: her hair.

"I haven't colored my roots for four months," Montag tweeted on Monday. "I want my hair to be natural and healthy for the first time in years! What do you think? Let it go?"
