Someday, we might actually get tired of watching John Krasinski get all adorably moony when talking about his famous wife. But today? Definitely not that day.
Krasinski was on "The Late Show" last night (Jan. 5) to talk about the intense training he went through in order to get in shape for his new movie, "13 Hours" -- but of course, it was only a matter of time before that convo derailed into the much more interesting topic of Krasinski's wife, Emily Blunt, and her ridiculous level of physical fitness.
In this case, John gushed about Emily while simultaneously admitting to being a tad intimidated by her.
"I watched her fight train, because we trained out in the same gym," he recalled. "And I walked by a door just to be like, 'Hey! How's it going?', and she was punching and elbowing this bag that was starting to open with, like, fluff in it. And all I could think was, 'Please don't have a nightmare tonight! Please don't have a nightmare tonight!'"
Brb, just amending our list of Blunt-and-Krasinski-inspired relationship goals to include "extreme fight skills."
Meanwhile, John also followed in his wife's footsteps on another front: joining Stephen Colbert in a vomitorious dramatic reading of a classic film. Watch the two of them try to handle the truth (and the puke) below:
