Kanye West's 'SWISH' Finally Has A Release Date

Grab your calendars and prepare to furiously circle this date in bright bold red at least 20 times, because this is MAJOR.

Kanye West has finally announced the release date for his long-awaited seventh album, SWISH, and guess what? It's really, really soon. For real this time.

Ye revealed on Twitter Friday (Jan. 8) night that he'll finally drop the new record -- a follow-up to 2013's Yeezus -- on Thursday, Feb 11.

So, start your countdown clocks and plan for a long weekend.

This news comes directly on the heels of Yeezy's release of his newest track, "Real Friends," and a preview of the forthcoming track "No More Parties In L.A.," which drops some very big truthbombs about the party scene in L.A.

But everyone's been patiently waiting for SWISH for months, ever since he announced the LP (then titled So Help Me God) almost a year ago.

And of course the reactions to this news have been priceless.
