Brace Yourselves: 'Celebrity Deathmatch' Is Coming Back

Let's get it on.

Get ready for some blood and guts.

The animated kind, of course.

On Tuesday (Apr. 14), MTV2 announced that they're bringing longtime favorite "Celebrity Deathmatch" back for another round -- this time, "reimagined for a world of social media and hourly Twitter wars."

What could that mean? Who might we see?

Here's a quick wishlist to start: Iggy Azalea vs. Azealia Banks; Taylor Swift vs. Ariana Grande; Justin Bieber vs. The World; Emma Watson vs. Emma Stone; Zayn Malik vs. One Direction; Neil Degrasse Tyson vs. Bill Nye.

The list could go on. But I'll stop there, and let fans offer a few:

Regardless of who ends up squaring up in the claymation ring, it's a pretty glorious day, knowing that "Celebrity Deathmatch" is coming back.

The series initially aired on MTV, from 1998-2002, in a 75 episode run. It was then picked back up by MTV2 in 2005, where new episodes aired once again, until 2007.

In addition to "CD," MTV2 announced that they'll be bringing two brand new shows to the air: “Kingin’ with Tyga,” which will be six half-hour episodes following Tyga and his crew "as they attempt over-the-top stunts and indulge in a lavish lifestyle made famous by his Instagram account"; and “Uncommon Sense with Charlamagne tha God,” which will be an eight-episode, half-hour comedy talk show hosted by the radio host, where he'll be joined by comedians each week.

In the words of Mills Lane (who hopefully will be the referee again), "I'll allow it."
