Julianne Moore And Kristen Stewart Will Tug On Your Heartstrings In The 'Still Alice' Trailer

This Alzheimer's tale hits close to home.

Live in the moment. That's what Julianne Moore teaches us in this new, heart-wrenching trailer for "Still Alice."

Moore takes on the role of Dr. Alice Howland, a professor and mother of three who is forced into a world of the unknown, diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease.

The Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland ("America's Next Top Model") directed clip illustrates Howland's closing world as her mind begins to disappear.

"I can see the words hanging in front of me, and I can't reach them," she tells her daughter, played by actress Kristen Stewart. "I don't know who I am, and I don't know what I'm going to lose next."

The drama is due in theaters January 16, 2015, and also stars actors Alec Baldwin ("30 Rock"), Hunter Parish ("Weeds") and Kate Bosworth ("Straw Dogs").
