YOU WANT YOUR MTV, AND PARAMOUNT+ HAS IT

You'll Get 'No Sl333p' Tonight Thanks to Janet Jackson's New Song

She's gonna be the queen of insomnia.

She's baaaaaaaaack!!!

Drop everything because Janet Jackson put out a new song today. To repeat: That's new music from Janet Jackson.

It's been seven years since Janet released her last single, so this is a really big deal right now. And the lyrics to her fresh new beat are right on point with the theme of her re-entry to the scene.

"You're missing me.

I'm missing you.

Wherever we meet

We ain't gonna get no sleep."

We were missing you, J. Welcome back.

Jackson co-wrote the song, called "No Sl333p" (or "No Sleeep") with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and released it to the U.S. on Monday (June 22).

"I dedicate this to My Love," she wrote on Twitter. "I hope u enjoy this as much as we enjoyed creating it for u."

Jackson added hashtag #ConversationsInACafe to the new release, bolstering the prediction that this'll be the title of her forthcoming new album, due on shelves this fall.

She had announced the new music -- along with an upcoming world tour (all the jumpy claps!) -- last month, saying "I promised you'd hear it from my lips, and now you will. This year: new music, new world tour, a new movement. I've been listening. Let's keep the conversation going."

So far, it looks like fans are really digging what she laid down with this one.

And while deets on her tour are still under wraps, rest easy knowing that Janet will be making her first appearance really soon -- reportedly kicking off her comeback with a stop at the BET Awards on June 28.
