Premiere: Watch Azealia Banks' New 'Chasing Time' Video

She's through giving — she's got to go.

In case the surprise release of her long-delayed debut album, Broke With Expensive Taste, last week didn't tip you off, Azealia Banks is done waiting.

She hammers that point home in her new single, "Chasing Time," the video for which premiered Thursday (November 13) on azealiabanks.mtv.com.

The black and white visuals are as sleek and futuristic as some of the sci-fi music video greats -- TLC's "No Scrubs," Michael and Janet Jackson's "Scream" -- yet amorphous enough to fully contain AB's booming, quick-footed vocals at all times.

Although the House-leaning track could easily describe a romantic relationship that is well past its expiration date, "Chasing Time" was actually written right before Banks parted ways with her former label, Interscope.

"I was just like, 'You know, this isn't gonna work out,'" the "Heavy Metal And Reflective" rapper told Pitchfork earlier this week. "It was like that awkward point in a relationship where you're forcing yourself to have sex because you're like, 'We live here, we're sleeping in bed, it’s awkward if we don't.'”
