The funny part is, if you actually check out some YouTube videos of this thing, whewww, you are in for a t-r-e-a-t. Basically, people will go through pure torture anything to get that perfectly-full Kylie Jenner pout.

It works like this: you need to go through an initial "conditioning" period for the first 7-10 days to alleviate the giant hickey that will form around your mouth. (We're not making this up.) In those days, you wear it for intervals of 1-6 minutes at a time with breaks in between to adjust to the "pulling suction." After that, you can plump them as much as you want since it (typically) only stays puffy for about two hours.
