Daisy Ridley Took Princes William And Harry On A Tour Of The New 'Star Wars' Set

And they had an epic lightsaber duel

Proving that it’s not just us commoners who nerd out over Star Wars, Britain’s pair of princes let their geek flags fly while visiting the set of the franchise’s new film in London.

Prince Harry and his brother William, the Duke of Cambridge, visited the Pinewood Studio set of Star Wars: Episode VIII on Tuesday, where they were treated to a VIP tour led by Daisy Ridley, a.k.a. Rey, a.k.a. Star Wars royalty in her own right.

Kensington Palace said the royals’ visit was to recognize the British creative talent involved in the production of the Star Wars films. Judging by the slew of pics, however, it was also a chance for William and Harry to fulfill what we can only assume were lifelong dreams to meet Luke Skywalker and engage in a heated lightsaber duel. Check out highlights from their visit below:

Harry met the man, the myth, the legend: Chewbacca.

The brothers embraced their inner kids while dueling it out.

In which William probably makes some witty joke about Daisy’s prosthetic face

William made a new friend: BB-8!

Harry got a flying lesson from Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill.

Director Rian Johnson and star John Boyega (Finn) also got in on the fun. Squad goals? Squad goals.
