Considering all that Kanye West does with music and his own fashion line, one might think he’d be too busy to star in the campaign for another brand. One would be wrong.
Balmain just revealed an image from its upcoming fall campaign, starring Kanye and Joan Smalls, both mid-fall, with ’Ye resurrecting his 2016 Met Gala look for the image. This is actually Kanye’s second time appearing in a Balmain campaign — he and Kim costarred in the brand’s Spring 2015 ads.
On Instagram, Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing revealed the campaign’s inspiration is “Music Meets Fashion,” which means the rest of the #BalmainArmy is bound to be stacked.
