Who Inherits Raven Baxter's Psychic Visions In New 'That's So Raven' Spin-Off?

A recent report reveals two new characters

The future is becoming clearer for the upcoming That's So Raven spin-off, executive produced by Raven-Symoné herself. Last month, she announced she's leaving The View to reprise her role for the hit Disney Channel sitcom that originally aired from 2003 to 2007.

A decade later, Raven Baxter is a single mom raising two children, and casting calls reveal more details about what the young Baxters will be like. TV Line reports that Raven will have a "bold, confident, and driven" teen daughter named Nia and a younger "true innocent" son, Booker, who's "in no rush to grow up."

Nia is the lucky — or not-so-lucky, depending on how you see it — one who inherits her mom's psychic abilities. Her visions and desire to help others gets her "in over her head," which comes as zero surprise to anyone who's watched the OG series.

Meanwhile, Booker — described as a "young Donald Glover type" — is "surprisingly adept at turning the tables and standing up for himself." Perhaps he inherited that trait from his Uncle Cory?
