The Grammys are once again nearly upon us, and the music industry's finest will gather to celebrate a year of album sales, soaring singles, songs you can't get out of your head, and a few artists you've never heard of. Most celebs see the Grammys as an occasion to put on their finest. And some celebs view Grammy night as an occasion to wear... their least. If Grammys past are any indication, the 2015 ceremony will almost certainly feature plenty of double-sided tape and prayer.
But before that happens, here's a look at some of the most memorable moments at the Grammys, where showing your skin is always a winning move.
Jennifer Lopez, 2000 Grammys
Traci Bingham, 2001 Grammys
This former "Baywatch" beauty attended the 2001 Grammys, where her oversized pasties made quite a splash.
Toni Braxton, 2001 Grammys
Toni Braxton's tape-and-drape dress made J. Lo's look downright quaint by comparison.
Shakira, 2001 Grammys
Those hips don't lie, and neither does this dress, which seems to have its own story to tell... involving a golden mermaid who got caught in a net. Or maybe a paper shredder.
Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya and Lil' Kim, 2002 Grammys
You guys! They're in CHARACTER! At a BROTHEL! These are COSTUMES!
Foxy Brown, 2003 Grammys
Foxy Brown DGAF if you think this is an "inside" bra.
Lil' Kim, 2004 Grammys
She may be Lil' Kim, but the neckline on this blue negligee made a big statement.
Margaret Cho, 2004 Grammys
Funny girl Margaret Cho was seriously sultry in this sheer peacock-inspired dress, which embraced the power of side-everything.
Gwen Stefani and Eve, 2005 Grammys
These two vocal powerhouses served up a double dose of skin when they performed "Rich Girl" together, blowing minds by showing off their million-dollar legs.
M.I.A., 2009 Grammys
Singer and resident badass M.I.A. had a bun in the oven when she performed at the 2009 Grammys. Maybe her pending motherhood explains why she was playing peek-a-boo with her dress.
Britney Spears, 2010 Grammys
Can we please give Britney Spears a little credit for doing daring and demure in one dress?
Pink, 2010 Grammys
No stranger to jaw-dropping stunts, Pink literally bent over backwards to make sure she wasn't wearing a single shred of unnecessary fabric.
The Situation, 2010
Leave it to this "Jersey Shore" star to take heave he-vage to whole new levels.
Miley Cyrus, 2011 Grammys
Rihanna, 2011 Grammys
The always stunning Rihanna looked almost like a blushing bride in this revealing white gown -- except she didn't appear to be blushing.
Adam Lambert, 2011 Grammys
The notes he can hit may be high, but that neckline is impressively low. They don't call him "Glambert" for nothing.
Ciara, 2011 Grammys
Is there a Grammy Award for being a goddess? Yeah? Ok. Please make sure it gets to Ciara's house immediately.
Lady Gaga, 2011 Grammys
At the 2011 Grammys, Lady Gaga arrived via giant egg and hatched to reveal an outfit that was half-a-blazer shy of a birthday suit. But what she lacked in clothing she made up for in boots.
Beyoncé, 2014 Grammys
... And then there was B.
