'Hannah Montana' And 'Big Time Rush' Stars Team Up For New Movie

Mitchel Musso and James Maslow co-star in ‘Bachelor Lions’

What happens when Disney meets Nickelodeon? A new comedy film called Bachelor Lions, apparently.

Last week, MTV News had a hint the project was happening when its two stars shared several pics, snaps, and tweets about working together. On Tuesday (November 8), Variety confirmed the movie's in production.

Mitchel Musso from Hannah Montana and James Maslow from Big Time Rush are currently filming their new movie together. Maslow shared on Twitter Thursday (November 3) that he just finished day one of shooting and noted how the movie's "going to be awesome." He also snapped his feelings about the project on Snapchat and tweeted a pic with co-star Musso as the duo hung out on set.

Since production only just began, there's not a lot known about Bachelor Lions at this time, but we do know Camille Winbush and Renee Olstead — who played Shailene Woodley's BFFs Lauren and Madison, respectively, on The Secret Life of the American Teenager — are also co-starring. According to IMDb, Mark Myers (Maslow) and Zane Daniels (Musso) meet and desperately want to pinpoint what it is that makes them interesting, and shenanigans ensue.

A few days prior to filming, the duo met up to do volunteer work with Midnight Mission and Coupla Guys and Gals Give Back, and they rocked some serious hairnets.

Bachelor Lions is slated to premiere sometime in 2017.
