Cosplay is one thing, but one anime fan has taken things to a whole new level. Anastasiya Shpagina has been causing a stir of mixed reactions around the web for turning herself into a “real-life anime girl.” Nothing surgical has been done to to make her look the way she does, but if she has her way that could all change very soon.

This Ukraine native is not the first to try the real-life anime look – it's apparently becoming quite a trend in China – but Anastasiya (who's taken the Japanese name Fukkacumi) spends hours every morning applying makeup to appear as if she's been transformed into an anime character.

Anastasiya has always been fascinated with makeup, experimenting with different looks in the mirror since she was a young child. It's clear that she's also grown rather fond of Japanese animation and is now using her make-up skills to become a real-life anime girl. However, makeup isn't enough as Anatasiya has been losing weight in order to imitate the characters more faithfully. Standing just over 5-feet tall, Anastasiya only weighs roughly 90 pounds and plans on losing more.

On top of that, surgery is not out of the question. It supposedly takes a half hour for Anastasiya to do the makeup around one eye and a full 2 hours to finish her entire face. Because of this, she apparently wants to have surgery done to make her eyes look this way permanently, but that's not all. Anastasiya also wants to have surgery done to her waist to make it even thinner than it is now.
