Lil Wayne And Birdman Appeared Onstage Together Again
Could 2016 be the year Lil Wayne and Birdman finally settle their grumbles with each other once and for all?
Back on New Year's Eve, the pair reunited for a photo with the entire Cash Money squad hanging at a Drake show, which prompted some speculation that the troubles in their relationship -- which includes lawsuits, thrown drinks and a tour bus shooting -- had been settled.
Sunday night (Jan. 17) at Miami's Club Liv, the very same scene of the alleged drink-tossing in July, Birdman and Wayne stood on stage together, right next to each other, as Birdman explained the current state of their relationship.
"This is my motherf--king son," Birdman says in a video taken Sunday night, pointing to Weezy. "I'd die for him, I'ma live for him and I'll motherf--king kill for him. You heard me? That ain't gonna never change...it's YMCMB for life."
Drake posted a photo of the reunion to his own Instagram page, including the ? emoji in the caption, in reference to Cash Money.
With two notable Wayne-Birdman reunions captured over the 18 days of 2016 so far, we could be in for a very proper hatchet-burying very soon -- or maybe it already happened.
