David Bowie’s Son Had Some Cryptic Things To Say About Lady Gaga’s Grammys Tribute

Did Duncan Jones actually dislike his dad's tribute?

Last night (February 15) at the Grammys, Lady Gaga gave the performance of a lifetime with her epic and extravagant tribute to the late, great David Bowie. The vibe was strong, and the audience seemed to be getting lost in classics such as "Heroes," "Rebel Rebel," and "Fame."

But one person who saw the performance didn't seem nearly as impressed. At least, we think he wasn't. Bowie's son, Duncan Jones, a writer and director, had some interesting things to say about Gaga's medley.

His tweet is pretty vague, though it contains a dictionary definition of the word "gaga," as others have pointed out. It's not exactly clear what Jones disliked (if anything) about the tribute, but fans on Twitter quickly jumped in to defend Gaga.

Others sided with Jones, believing he had a right to say whatever he wanted about his own father's tribute.

Celebs on Twitter praised Gaga and showed their support for the artist. It seems she made everyone watching the Grammys "gaga" at the tribute, and really, we wouldn't want it any other way.
