'Saturday Night Live' Unveils Lineup For 40th Anniversary Special -- And Taylor Swift Is Totally Going To Be There

But are Meredith and Olivia invited, too?

"Saturday Night Live" is going all out for its 40th anniversary special -- and we're definitely not complaining.

Days after announcing Eddie Murphy's wildly unexpected return to Studio 8H after a more than 30 years hiatus, NBC announced the rest of its star-studded "SNL" 40th anniversary special lineup during two Super Bowl spots. The three-hour special -- airing February 15 -- will include appearances from Emma Stone, Derek Jeter, Kanye West, Paul McCartney, Melissa McCarthy, Jerry Seinfeld, Robert De Niro, Jim Carrey, Peyton Manning, Taylor Swift, (Queen) Betty White, Jack Nicholson, and fan-favorite members of The Five-Timers Club: Tom Hanks, Alec Baldwin, Paul Simon, Justin Timberlake, Christopher Walken, and Steve Martin. (Where are fellow members Drew Barrymore and John Goodman?!)

With two weeks to go until the big night, rumor has it NBC isn't done unveiling its list of celebrity guest stars. The Wrap reports more A-list names will be revealed in the upcoming days.

The "SNL" special will also include appearances from former (read: legendary) "Saturday Night Live" cast members Bill Murray, Chevy Chase, Jimmy Fallon, Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, Martin Short, Tina Fey, Molly Shannon, Mike Myers, Andy Samberg, Amy Poehler, Dana Carvey, Kristen Wiig, Dan Aykroyd, Chris Rock, Garrett Morris, Maya Rudolph, and Murphy.

Obviously, this means there's still time for T. Swift's cats Meredith and Olivia -- arguably celebrities in their own right -- to join the guest list. We can't think of a more purrfect way to celebrate "SNL."
