Sure, Miley Cyrus dropped her new album. Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift made up (before Nicki dropped a major shade bomb on Miley).  And Kanye announced his bid for president in 2020. But no one had a better time at the VMAs than Jaden and Willow Smith.

First of all, Jaden was totally feeling Kanye's Video Vanguard Award acceptance speech, his fist raised in silent solidarity. Haters to the left, bro.

Jaden was so ~inspired~ by Yeezy's speech, that he even backed him up for his run for presidency in 2020. Since the elder Smith child will be able to vote in the 2020 election, this is obviously a big vote of confidence for Ye.

The 17-year-old got pretty turnt before the night's big show. After making a low-key entrance -- red carpets are so lame -- Jaden took some time for the fans because he's a literal angel.
