Eleven-year-old newcomer Billy Gilman is making himself heard.

NASHVILLE

COLOR="#003163">Faith Hill and the

Dixie Chicks

continue to dominate the country music charts in

Billboard, although 11-year-old newcomer

Billy Gilman is

beginning to make himself known.

Gilman, whose debut album on Epic is due next month, has

his first single, "One Voice," at #6 on the Country Singles

chart — up from #12 last week after three weeks on

the chart — and it debuts on the Hot Country Singles

& Tracks chart at #71.

Hill retains her lock on #1 on the Hot Country Singles &

Tracks chart with "The Way You Love Me," with

More" holding at #2, Clay

Walker's "The Chain of Love" moving from #4

to #3, and Chad

Brock's"Yes!" going from #8 to #4.

COLOR="#003163">Kenny Chesney's "What

I Need to Do" moves into the top 10 at #9. The

that some country stations are playing, "When You Come

Back to Me Again," goes from #52 to #38 after three weeks.

Other debuts on the chart, besides Gilman's, are

Toby Keith's

"Country Comes to Town" at #60,

COLOR="#003163">Tracy Lawrence's

"Lonely" at #61 and Aaron

Tippin's "Kiss This" at #70.

The top five singles on the Country Singles Chart remain

unchanged from last week, with Hill's "Breathe" at #1, the

Chicks' "Goodbye Earl" at #2, Brock's "Yes!" at #3,

Lonestar's

"Amazed" at #4, and

"Unbreakable Heart" at #5.

There is little movement on the Top Country albums chart,

with the Chicks' Fly holding at #1, Hill's Breathe

at #2 and George

Strait's Latest Greatest Straitest Hits at

#3. Shania

Twain's Come On Over went from #5 to

#4 and
