Drake Surprised Andre 3000 And Erykah Badu's Kid At School

Seven's a huge Drizzy fan.

Erykah Badu has called Drake her "little brother," but Drizzy's also played an important role in her son Seven's life.

"Seven is a huge fan," Badu told The Breakfast Club. "Seven was, I think, in sixth grade. To surprise Seven, I asked Drake — and I didn’t know him — I asked him if he would come to Seven’s school and he did. He came to the school and spoke to the kids. It was really awesome. It just lit up Seven’s world."

This sounds like a cool day at school for Seven, who was born to Badu and Andre 3000 in 1997. He's older now, but his loyalty hasn't wavered.

"To this day, he is the biggest Drake fan ever," Badu added. "I really respect Drake for keeping that relationship with Seven open, keeping his line open, being so kind to him."

Badu, who's been linked to other rappers and has one child with The D.O.C. and another with Jay Electronica, was asked if she's ever seen Drizzy in a romantic light.

"Never," she said. "Never looked at him like that. I just thought he was a good person."

It might not be romantic, but earlier this month, Erykah explained that their relationship is still a super close one.

"That’s my brother," Badu told The Fader. “He’s like a little brother to me. I went to Canada and hung out in the studio with him, while he made Take Care. We’re very good friends and we had some great talks. He’s an inspiration to me. Sonically he’s in a place where I want to be."
