Tyler Baltierra lovingly asked for his girlfriend Catelynn Lowell's hand in marriage on "Teen Mom" back in 2010 -- and now the MTV sweethearts are husband and wife. Make way for Mr. and Mrs. Baltierra, folks!

The Michigan natives -- who were featured on the inaugural season of "16 and Pregnant" and have since appeared on the long-running spinoff series -- said "I do" in front of their family and friends on Saturday (August 22) in a Renaissance-themed affair at Castle Farms, MTV News can confirm. The couple's daughter Novalee served as a flower girl -- and their co-stars Maci Bookout and boyfriend Taylor McKinney and Amber Portwood and fiancé Matt Baier, as well as "Teen Mom 2" cast members Kailyn Lowry and husband Javi Marroquin, were in attendance. According to Us Weekly, Cate and Tyler's little girl Carly -- and her parents Brandon and Teresa -- were also present at the big day.

Viewers first met the newlyweds back in 2009 as teens when they bravely chronicled their efforts to outline an adoption plan for their firstborn Carly. Cate and Tyler continued to tell their unique story on "TM" from 2009 to 2012 and then again in 2015 -- from that unforgettable proposal and graduating high school to learning they were pregnant for a second time and welcoming their little girl Nova. The pair also appeared on Season 3 of "Couples Therapy" in 2013 and the catch-up special "Being Catelynn" in 2014 -- which featured Ty popping the question again.
