Bill Hader Has A Whole New Look In This 'Trainwreck' Interview With Amy Schumer

He's not the SNL alum you remember.

Just when you thought you knew Jon Hamm, he proves himself even more charming than you thought possible.

In a new interview with Extra TV, the actor pretends to be Bill Hader alongside Amy Schumer. The two of them are discussing their recent film -- the Judd Apatow-directed Trainwreck, in which Hader plays the romantic lead alongside Schumer (who also wrote the film).

Schumer asks "Bill" about the roles he’s played over the years -- "Starfish? Starfin?" he responds, recalling Hader’s famous turn as Stefon on "Saturday Night Live." Hamm also does an excellent impersonation of Hader doing an impression of Vincent Price: “Vincent Price, that person that I do all the time!” he mutters, in a nasally voice.

Schumer goes on to describe the “overwhelming” sexual tension between her and her co-star, deploying her well-known raunchy sense of humor when she tells the interviewer that she should throw away her stool.

At the end of the video, a surprise guest shows up — it's the real Bill Hader, and he’s not pleased. “Jon Hamm? Really?” he mutters, as Hamm hurries away.

All in all, it’s an incredible piece of improv comedy from two of the best in the business, with Hamm displaying a sense of hour we haven’t always been privy to in his years playing the dour lead role on "Mad Men."
