Face To Face Let Fans Decide

Songs on punk band's next album, Reactionary, to be picked by voters online.

Southern California punk band Face to Face will let their fans choose the songs for their next album. Beginning Monday, they'll post streaming MP3s of songs being considered for Reactionary at MP3.com. Listeners can vote using a five-star system; the most popular 12 cuts will make the album, due in June. "It will be really interesting to hear how the tone of the overall album turns out, because it could go a number of ways," said singer/guitarist Trever Keith, whose outfit had a regional 1994 hit with "Disconnected." "It's entirely conceivable that the band's favorite songs won't even end up on the record."
