Funkmaster George Clinton played a set Friday afternoon (Feb. 4) at the Peavey Electronics booth at the NAMM musical equipment convention in Los Angeles. After an hour-long wait during a jazzy drum & bass soundcheck, around 50 fans crammed into a skinny 20-x-40' soundproof glass room to hear Clinton and the P-Funk Allstars tear the roof off with such classics as "Cosmic Slop" and a fist-pumping sing-along "One Nation Under a Groove."
