Former Thelonious Monster frontman Bob Forrest is back with
a new band, Bicycle Thief, a new album and a brief tour with the
Red Hot Chili Peppers. You Come and Go Like a Pop Song
(Oct. 5), features guest appearances by Chili Peppers guitarist John
Frusciante and that dog. singer Anna Waronker.

Southern California's Fu Manchu have taken their heavy, psychedelic
rock sounds back on the road this month with high-octane Dallas rockers
Speedealer through Dec. 19, and will join metal mavens Anthrax
on the road through February. Fu Manchu's latest EP, Eatin' Dust,
was released Feb. 23.

Former Smiths crooner Morrissey is back, fresh from a tour
of his native UK, bringing his dramatic, disaffected tunes to U.S. fans
on a short string of West Coast dates this month. His latest release is
the 1998 compilation My Early Burglary Years.

German singer Lou Bega is adding his fun-loving, pseudo-Mambo
stylings to a few all-star holiday festivals this month before hitting
the road with Cher in February. His debut album, A Little Bit
