The British psychedelic-funk rockers Charlatans U.K. are wrapping

up work on their follow-up to 1997's Tellin' Stories. The beat-heavy

rockers have announced that Tony Rogers will be the permanent replacement for

late keyboardist Rob Collins, who died in a car crash prior to the

release of Stories. The new album, which the band's currently mixing in

England, is due in March 1999.
