'Star Wars' Goes Digital: Here's How You Can Download The Whole Saga

Giving new meaning to the words 'Cloud City.'

The next time you're flying around the universe as a passenger on the Millennium Falcon, you'll be able to pass the time by watching the entire "Star Wars" saga on your digital device of choice.

Not that you're going to be zipping through the stars on Han Solo and Chewbacca's hunk of junk, mind you; and if that winds up happening, you'll have enough on your plate that binge-watching movies isn't likely to be on your to-do list. Still, the point remains: "Star Wars" is coming to Digital HD for the first time ever, starting this Friday, April 10.

“We’re thrilled that fans will be able to enjoy the 'Star Wars' saga on their digital devices wherever they go,” Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy said in a statement on StarWars.com. “These films broke new ground in technology, design, sound, and visual effects, and we’ve created some very special bonus material which delves into the saga’s rich history, including new and never-before-released conversations between legendary 'Star Wars' artists — the masters who helped George bring his iconic universe to life."

Digital download destinations for the new "Star Wars" Digital Movie Collection include iTunes, Amazon and more, so pretty much however you want to digest the days of the Skywalker family, is the way you can get it done. Even though you don't have a Millennium Falcon at your disposal, you can now easily watch "Star Wars" while on your commute…
