Justin Bieber Gave The Chainsmokers A Pep Talk That Would Make Shia LaBeouf Proud

‘What kind of man do you want to be?’

In another life, Justin Bieber could've been a sports coach. He gives his players friends quite the pep talk, as it turns out. On Thursday (December 8), The Chainsmokers shared a throwback video of Biebs getting hype with their videographer Rory Kramer.

"You want to win tonight?" Bieber yells at Drew Taggart and Alex Pall, the DJs who make up the EDM duo.

"Absolutely!" Pall responds.

Bieber keeps going on his #winning rant: "Here's the thing. There's winners and there's losers. What kind of man do you want to be?"

"I want to be a WINNER," Taggart says. "I want to be LIKE YOU," Pall adds. 😂

The whole scene is freakishly similar to Shia LaBeouf's 2015 motivational video, in which he dons a rattail and repeats "Just do it!" over and over again.

Despite how hilarious the clip is, now's a great time for Bieber, Taggart, and Pall to get their game faces on, as they're all nominated for Grammys. Biebs's advice should come in handy in February, when The Chainsmokers will face off against Chance the Rapper, Anderson .Paak, Kelsea Ballerini, and Maren Morris for Best New Artist.
