Sometimes when you're bored with your look, you switch things up by changing your hair. Or maybe you get a new piercing. For the winter issue of Paper, Bella Hadid has decided to do both.

While this look may come as a surprise to some, Bella Hadid is actually a born blonde (like her sister, Gigi) and has been dying her brown since she was 14.

"People say that I don't smile, or that I don't have a personality," she tells the magazine. But this shoot proves she is out to set the record straight about that.
