iCarly ended four years ago, but it's clear that Carly Shay and Sam Puckett are timeless. To celebrate her bestie's 24th birthday on Sunday (June 26), Miranda Cosgrove wrote an adorable message to Jennette McCurdy, a.k.a. "the protective screen to [her] iPhone 6s."

Cosgrove's caption on this iCarly throwback Instagram pic is everything for Minnette fans.

"Ooooh here she comes! Watch out boys she'll chew you upppp! Soo it's @jennettemccurdy's birthday today! The apple of my eye, the peanut butter to my jelly, the cheese to my crackers, the protective screen to my iPhone 6s, the cowboy with a mustache to my idiot farm girl! I love her and so does everybody else. She's been making life better since I met her over 10 years ago. She's honest and hilarious and she makes me wanna be as funny and perfect as she is! In case you forgot, the bit about the mustached cowboy and idiot farm girl was an iCarly sketch, but was interrupted live on-air by Mandy Valdez (Aria Wallace), iCarly's biggest fan.

Cosgrove also celebrated McCurdy's birthday by capturing a picture-perfect moment right before a restaurant almost caught on fire. 😂

"That time when your sparkling candle knocked your drink over and you almost set the whole restaurant on fire," McCurdy joked. Seriously, this is such a Sam thing to do that it's kinda poetic.
