Jennifer Lopez Reveals What It Was Like Dancing In Rihanna's Waist-High Boots

Dancing on concrete, no less

I will never, ever get tired of hearing Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna gush over one another, which is a good thing, because the praise just keeps flooding in. First, Rihanna sent Jennifer a pair of her waist-high, 9-to-5 Manolo Blahnik boots. Then, J.Lo not only wore them, but danced — like, danced — in them in her "Ain't Your Mama" video.

Now, in a Facebook live video, Jennifer has revealed that she didn't have plans to wear them, but had to, you know, because they're so amazing.

"Rihanna had sent me these amazing boots and I was like, these have to be in the video, how are we going to get these in the video?" J.Lo says. "And I always saw the women marching at the end in a group, starting this revolution, and I thought, OK, maybe I'll just wear them to dance. They're just amazing."

Oh, and, no, they were not easy to move in, even for Jennifer Lopez: "They were hard to dance in. Everybody else was dancing in, as you see, kinda like combat boots and sneakers, and I walked out into the set and was like, nobody wearing heels but me? OK. And it was on concrete, outside, so it wasn't the easiest boot to dance in, but we pulled it off."

Indeed, you did, J.Lo. Watch for yourself, below.
