Drunk Ron Weasley/Simon Pegg Wishes Harry Potter Happy Birthday
Ron Weasley has something he wants everyone to know: It's Harry Potter's 33rd birthday. And he's wasted out of his mind.
No, really. Everyone's beloved boy wizard turned 33 on July 31—does that make him a man wizard?—and Jimmy Fallon thought it was fitting to ring in Mr. Potter's birthday on his talk show last night. But a simple cake, candles and glass of champagne wouldn't do the trick. No, Fallon needed Ron Weasley. Ron Weasley inebriated. Ron Weasley inebriated and incoherently singing "Happy Birthday" to Harry Potter.
And that's exactly what he got. The dudes over at "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" dressed up actor Simon Pegg as Potter's right hand man—red hair, Gryffindor cloak, wand and all — along with a glass of juice scotch, and pushed him on stage. The rest is history.
Watch the booze-tastic shenanigans above, including a pretty hardcore chugging session. Also, we're sorry Hermione left you, Ronnie. But just know we're available.
Though we can't exactly blame her for shackin' up with Neville Longbottom. C'mon!
The guy did puberty right.
