Young women are dominating the newsstands as of late, and we have to say, it's the best. This time, Zendaya, Willow Smith, and Kiernan Shipka have teamed up for the cover of W Magazine, which has dubbed them the "Dream Teens."

All three girls rock dark, bold lips on the cover and look very ~fashion~. Both Willow and Zendaya, unsurprisingly, play around with their hair, with Zendaya going for a blonde pixie/bowl cut hybrid and Willow adding some safety pins to her dreads.

"I was in my bathroom yesterday and saw some safety pins on the counter and was just like, 'Let me stab a dread real quick,'" she said. "When I did it, I was, like, 'Oh, this is dope.'"

While Zendaya seems open to anything and everything in terms of experimenting with her look, she revealed that there's one thing she's never down to do: get a spray tan.

"The only thing I refused to do [on Dancing with the Stars] was get a spray tan," she told the mag. "I said, 'Guys -- I’m half-black. I naturally glow from melanin.'"
