Kanye West Releases Interactive Video for "Black Skinhead"

Kanye west Black Skinhead

Remember Yeezus? You know, Kanye West's headline-grabbing, Twitter talk-dominating album that was the chat of the summer until his pal Jay Z decided to drop his own Magna Carta Holy Grail project via a phone? Well, it's back! This time in the form of a souped-up video for the track "Black Skinhead." Viewed via 'Ye's own website, the flick is being billed in typically grandiose fashion: "DONDA -- the creative house founded by Kanye West -- has teamed with renowned photographer and director Nick Knight on the highly anticipated, official video for BLKKK SKKKN HEAD." The blurb continues to pitch it as an "online interactive experience that allows users to adjust the motion speed and corresponding sound."

So, what's it like? Well, you can slow down the music and visuals into something resembling an audio-visual screwed version of the song -- or you can increase the speed to have a dancing topless Kanye jumping around and and gesticulating even faster than usual. There's also the option to take screenshots of the video -- something previously known as command + shift + 4 before this very important DONDA rebranding -- and send the images out via the usual social sharing networks. As for the actual bare bones video? It's a moody, black and white affair that features lots of Kanye's musculature. We predict big things in the screensaver field.
