Hear Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Your Type' Get Liquified Into Pure Disco Gold

Carly Rae Jepsen's latest album, EMOTION, released in June, is a top-notch collection of pulsating pop songs, and latest single "Your Type" embodies the kind of big heartbreak the record fortified itself with.

The way she does it throughout the song's three-minute run is by making really plaintive declarations like "I’m not the type of girl for you/ And I’m not going to pretend/ That I’m the type of girl you call more than a friend" over alternately attacking-and-retreating blasts of chilly dance-floor sounds. Another artist who consistently nails that kind of balance is electronic guru Skylar Spence, who spun "Your Type" into a disco haze for an official remix that premiered on Friday via Billboard.

This remix has been paired with another, courtesy of Young Bombs, that takes an airier, more glittery approach the the song.

Listen to both -- and download them via iTunes -- and find out what your type of CRJ banger remix is.
